I have a 00 max with addco sway bar and whenever I have 2 or more people in the back it tends to make a bottoming out noise when going over bumps. I have been told that is normal, but I am looking for other options?????

you need to lubricate the bushings. the noise is the metal flexing against the rubber bushings.

Thanks for the info! After lubing the bushing with no success,
I actually found that moving the axel mounting bracket on the passengers side over an inch or two took care of the problem. As you may know, the setup is slightly different on 5th gen max and everytime the suspension was compressed enough it would rub the bracket on the way down. |
