hey... a bit of an odd one this....
i've always noticed that primer is generally easier to apply and sand out to get a perfectly smooth surface. well, thing is, i've now got a diablo that has a perfect coat of white primer on it and i think it looks pretty good in white. instead of applying some gloss white over it, can i just lay down a good coat of clear to get the gloss finish has anyone tried this?

Well, it worked just fine on my Impala even if that was the clear pearl from Tamiya, but I think the regular clear will do the trick as well.

yes it should fine, i used it on a ferrari before with white
