1999...Replacing Tag Lights

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to replace the tag lights on this model?

Just did this myself after a recent inspection ticket...

It's very simple, get the bulbs from Autozone/Pep Boys lay down and look upwards at the top of the tag recess. There is a (usually)grey nut holding in the bulb mounting, loosen it and the bulb mounting will come out. Snake the wiring/mounting down through the crack above the tag then just pull the bulb out and snap the new one in, Re-install the same way it came out.

Done.
