3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

Alright, now there are a lot of aftermarket products that you can put into the stealth/3000 GT's. Sometimes it's a PAIN to find.. and sometimes they are Really.. Really expensive. So.. I figured I would bring this up, not just for me, but for everyone who is trying to find cheaper or even find something for their car. For me.. what im trying to find are Racing Seats for my stealth, and I see like 600 Dollars just for a set of seats! That's rediculous.. thats just like a little less than a body kit. So.. if anyone can help me out with this, that would be great.

Also.. I found this site for 20" Interior Neon Tubes.. cheapest I have ever seen.

Re: 3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

did u check www.andysautosport.com ??? sometimes they have sales, but not regularly, generally, if you want the top of the line racing seats, I think they're all gonna be in that price range, but you can find em' on ebay for like 10 or 25 bucks less usually...

Yea, you're not going to find decent racing seats for much less than that. And yea, Summit has some good prices on some things. Got my muffler and tips from them for fairls cheap.

Whats wrong with the stock seats? I love mine, can't beat power lumbar adjustment and it even hugs you! That is if you have a SL/VR4 .

Very true. Most of the reason i'm going to change mine is for Car show purposes.

Re: 3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

The only reason I want to change mine is because there really beat leather and also red seats with black/white interior.. dont mix.

I found these seats, and I am really thinking about getting them.

Re: Re: 3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

Problem is if they are ONLY, yes only, $600 for a set is you are going to have to custom fab mounting brakcets. With Sparcos and more expensive seats you can get brackets that are direct bolt in.

Re: 3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

I sat in some racing seats like that at the auto show, and they weren't very comfortable IMO, but if you like em' you can get em', I say go with sparko's, and PM musashi, cuz he's got some racing seats (not sure what kind) but I think he had to fabricate his own brackets...

$600 per Sparco seat? What kind is that? The one's I can get are $249 a seat. Shipped. Unless you are getting the full leather seats... then those are around $1,200 a seat.

Re: 3000GT / Stealth Aftermarket Products

Sparcos are high quality racing seats and you get what you pay for with them. Just as you'll get what you pay for with getting $250 seats.
