I need to remove my left side panel of an 97' malibu

Some jerk hit me at a 4 way stop and I have this massive dent in my side panels on my left side. i need to remove both door panels and the front panel, conected to the hood, so i can pop them out. I also need to know how to get tire skid marks out of my side door because his tire scraped up against my car and melted rubber in a circle, I NEED HELP!
