'95 Civic EX Sunroof?

Looking to buy a '95 EX and the owner said that factory sunroof tilts, but does not go back. She seems to think that something is stuck in the tracks. I heard there is a clutch in the motor...is this common...any ideas?

Hmm I have the opposite problem. Mine goes back (sorta.. had to get it fixed when i first got it.. still only goes about 80% back), but mine does not tilt, at all. When I press the tilt button it doesn't even sound like it's trying.
