Yes! If your used to it and have learned how to drive it. You will put more wear on it driving it like this all the time though.

hell yeah it is but be careful!! I think all RWD cars are good to drift in, arent they? Well yea, like he said if you drive it right and use the E-brake at the right time, prepare for a drift of your life time. Believe me, I've gotten a couple of them rushing to work and stuff...haha not a good thing.

there are problems with it as a drift car, it was only offered with an automatic and a very sloppy automatic at that, you would definitely need some valve body upgrades to drift it. Secondly, it had an open differential, you would need an LSD if you didn't just want the inside wheel spinning. Third, the suspension was very sloppy, you would need to do alot of cross bracing as well as get some very firm shocks.

And donald my t-bird does'nt have an E-brake, well it does but its not a handbrake its a foot brake and that would be pretty hard to use, and also using the E-brake is pussie way 2 drift. I was thinking of getting a 240 but I was just wondering if my t-bid would be good enough 2 train me.

well in that case you'd get a really crazy drift turning hard then flooring the accelerator on a damp ground... I've done it before and did a 180. But after getting new tires I figured its not worth the fun. =P I agree, It'd be hard to use a foot e-brake. It is a pussie way to do it, but it does it.

Hey a*hole doing 180 on wet pavement isnt drifting. Drifting is turning but doing it sidways. Yes these cars can drift as thunderbird_muscle points out. I have done a couple in a very large empty parking lot and its fun. I just came into the turn at like 20mph.. than i floored it let the rear end swing out and just feathered the gas to keep them spinning. I havent gotten any to last that long yet... but they are fun. Just keep the gas tank 1/2 full so you dont run into any fuel flow problems.
