new intake

im lookin to get a new intake for my integra am i better off going brand name or will the no brand stuff do the same job? wouls i be ok just gettin a filter?? how much should i spend, and should i get short ram or cold air? i found an injen cold air for 100, any ideas?

I asked the same question a few posts down from this one. A neighbor of mine who has messed with a few cars said that a cold air and short ram are relatively the same for power due to the fact that the cold air has a much longer tube than the short ram. But the cold air might be better for longevity. Couldn't really tell you for sure. Anyway just thought I would add my two cents or less.
