Replacing Cruise Switches

I wonder if anyone has any experience replacing the switch banks on the sides of the steering wheel? I am planning on selling my 99 Sable soon, and thought I might try to replace the missing Set and Coast switch. I have found replacement parts, and just wonder about how to go about getting the old off and new on?
