Unhappy starting problems

my ford will start sometimes , the theft light is blinking fast and i checked the initia switch, but sometimes it will start and sometimes it wont , got any suggestion

If you have another key, try it to see if it works OK. Sometimes the key just wears out or it is carried close to metal for a long time and it goes bad. Good luck and let us know. If that isn't the problem, long diagnostic time may be needed. Keep us informed.

i read somewhere in the forum that i might have to reset my security system. i tried it and it worked for a while, but then im trying to keep my radio cut off during non use and for now it seems to work. thanks for this forum
