k before you get flamed too bad... try doing a search and research... and if you actually want your question answered well, ask it well... for example, include what your setup is, what you're looking for... that sort of stuff

you mentioned in your other post turbo and nitrous. i say any 3' exhaust with a hi flo cat/testpipe, on a 3' DP will give you happy gains.
