radiator fan won't work on 95 Cutlass Ciera SL

We've changed the fan motor, fuse is okay. I don't want it to be overheating as the weather warms up. What is our next plan of action?

Does it work at all, like when you turn on the A/C? If so, I would suspect the temperature sensor for the motor, and if it doesn't, I would suspect the relay.
