02 camry Groaning/grinding noise when braking
I have a 2002 camry,60K miles on original brake pads,my problem is when i brake as the car comes to a stop there is a grinding/groaning sound, also when i start to accelerate from a dead stop i get the same thing happens until i am around 20mph or above.

are worn out and possiable damage to your brake rotors. Most likely you will need to replace rotors and pads. I found that usaimportparts com has original replacment parts. I found that original parts work best for me. also you might even do a brake fluid flush too this is good preventive mantiance for you car. Good luck |

i did replaced the pads and rotors this weekend with oem parts,and that took care of the pulsating brake pedal when i brake ,but the groaning noise is still there,and i narrow it down to tire noise ,thanks for the advice at least i got a new set of brakes on that puppy.hopefully i get another 60k out of them. |
