Driver's seat moving on its own

I purchased a used 2003 Envoy and received one key with a #2 keyfob. Within the last month it has started beeping intermittently with no warning symbols lit. When I start the vehicle, sometimes the driver's seat will start moving on its own - if I put it in gear right away it stops. The driver's side mirror also moves on its own sometimes when I either start or stop the vehicle. I have tried reprogramming the vehicle based on one of the notes in this forum, and have the DIC seat setting to NOT move on key entry or remote . Took it to a dealer last week and they couldn't find anything wrong with it - said they reset all the settings and recommended I get a new keyfob. Haven't got the keyfob yet, and within one day problem is resurfacing. Has anyone else had this experience?

Well, have fun. The TB platform is riddled with electrical problems.
