Flushed cooling system: No Heat- Need Help

I flushed the cooling sytem (man that stuff was nasty) and now my heat doesn't blow hot. It blows cool air. Any ideas on how to fix this?? I am going to check the mixture and make sure it's 50/50 mix but any other ideas would be helpful. The only other thing I can think of would be low coolant or the thermostat somehow isn't working (but it was working fine before the flush) Thanks-
