2002 door lock

I have a 2002 Mountaineer. It only has one lock on drivers door. On occassion the lock will not open and I have no other way of getting in the car. Any advice/

Very general statement. If you have keyless entry that should unlock all doors. The keypad on the door will also open all doors. Do you not have either of these options? More detail and maybe someone can help.
