Are there too many lawsuits today?
Are there to many lawsuits now a days?
Im doing a report on it cause I feel in the states its truly getting rediculious.

I remember reading somthing that they were changing that or have changed ir or somthing like that, your not able to sue like it has been in the past for example if i spill my coffee on my leg i cant sue burger king..those kind of law suits in general..

There are way too many today - people get away with suing for just about anything - and usually win. Our court system is becoming a joke way to win huge amounts of money suing for rediculous things.

Hell yeah there are. Supposedly frivilous lawsuits are to be less know according to our government, but we all know how well they stick to anything they say.

Yeah there are too many, Well a lawsuit is no cheap thing to put against someone (court fees : 5,000 plus) there are to many of them. Get this shit i got a thing in the mail from are insurance company, i had a concussion in football and shit and there wanting someone else to pay for the bills and stuff. So theres this stupid survey: Have you got a lawyer, Would you join in a lawsuit. blah blah blah cheap bastards.
