Does this harm my tranny?

Two weeks ago i changed transmission fluid for my 2003 Elantra. but i used the wrong fluid(Dexson111/Mercon) which is used only for GM/Ford.What will happen for my tranny? I am going to refill it again by Hyundai SP111 tranny fluid. But there must be some old fluid which can't be drained out .Is this serious? By the way ,Is there a transmission filter for 2003 Elantra b/c i can't see tranny oil pan under, just like Honda>

Thanks!

Hopefully you will be able to take out all of the old fluid, cause if something goes wrong later on and Hyundai checks the residue ands finds out say goodbye to your warranty.
