Turbo question
Right now, Im in the process of putting a 3" exhaust on my car. I was wondering whats the biggest turbo I could get without having to upgrade my intercooler or anything else along with no problems with my car running too much hotter. I was thinking the 16g would be too big and a 14b wouldnt show much of a difference. Can someone explain the difference in performance with the stock T25. Thanks

Re: Turbo question
I am too lazy to search on cardomain for your mod list, so I will assume it is stock. Your stock BOV will leak above 14lbs so you will need to replace that first if you try to crank up the boost with any turbo. Also, you will need an aftermarket boost gauge (the stocker is crap). I would recommend you spend your money on other mods to prepair you for a turbo upgrade later. Such as BOV, UICP, injectors, FP, boost gauge, MBC, SAFC, DP.....etc.

Re: Turbo question
Sorry, I forgot to mention I have a boost gauge already and I planned on getting UICP and BOV after exhaust

Re: Turbo question
well with bov, exhaust and uicp, you could run a big turbo, but your intercooler would heat soak quickly. Id say 14b would be ok, but 16g will heat soak it.
