Question Fuel injector trouble? 2600i please help.

I have a 93 b26000i. Just recently I've begun having problems with. Occasionaly I have a ticking noise when I first start it but the noise goes away after about 30 to 60 seconds. I'm not sure if this is related to the new problem. I was driving down the highway and a rattle noise began to develop. It occurs when I press the accelerator and is much louder when I steer to the left for some reason. When not accelerating or steering to the right the noise almost disapears. At one point the engine seemed to begin to stutter, but I imediately pulled over and put in a bottle of injector cleaner. After that the truck seemed to run alright. I had another 5hr drive home and made it fine but the noise remained the same throughout the trip. I've been filling the tank with regular and am not sure if that is related. Also once in a while when I go to start the engine it won't turn over, the starter is fine but it just doesn't seem to fire. On those occasions if I hold the peddle to the floor and it turns over fine. I'm not sure if these problems are related in any way but I am quite concerned with the noise as I need the truck for work and have to make another eight hour trip within a couple of days. If anybody has any remedies, they would be much apreciated.
