Question 92 B2600 power steering belt change

Changing the pwr steering belt on this truck.... there is an idler that has an adjustment/tensioning bolt, but I think I need to remove a bracket somewhere to loosen it. BUT the idler pulley bracket does not have a slot in it or in it's mounting holes that attach to the block.

So I'm thinking maybe I have to remove the pulley by unbolting it (which is attached to the adjustment bolt assembly) and pulling it straight out to remove and reassemble the pulley. But then still, how does the tensioner bolt work if there are no slots in the bracket? What gives here? Am I missing something?

Thanks.

Well I went ahead and loosened the idler pulley bolt (right in the center of the pulley) and lo and behold - yes, there was a slot in the bracket. You just can't see it or feel it until you loosen it. Makes sense that there should be.
