GFB Stealth FX Dual Port Blow off Valve
My stock blow off valve broke and I need to get a new one because my car will not run now..(obviously). I was looking at this BOV http://www.dsmparts.com/customer/pro...7&cat=7&page=1
If I get just that, am i going to be able to just bolt it on to my piping?? It says it doesn't need a flange, but it doesn't look like it can go into anything.....help.

Re: GFB Stealth FX Dual Port Blow off Valve
They are amazing because they hold 20+psi of boost and cost around $40. There are aftermarket BOVs for $200 that leak before 1gs do. Awesome BOVs like the Tial are less than that one, and they aren't ricer pieces of shit that half vent/half recirculate.
Are your sig mods real? You are joking me if you tell me you have a FMIC and a stock 2g BOV on it. Also curious about the exhaust manifold on a stock turbo, and why you are dumping the o2. |

Re: Re: GFB Stealth FX Dual Port Blow off Valve
You can have tubular exhaust manifolds on stock turbos....I might be getting a 20g in a few weeks from this guy that owns a custom shop, said he got his for 450. I actually have a tial.......but I have no flange for it.. there are like 4 notches sticking out of it...would I jsut stck the breather tube thing back into the side notch and leave the others alone??? God....why do you have to buy the damn flange separate...how inconvenient. O2 dump helps eleminate boost creep...my friend has one(aftermarket 02 dump)..and besides the fact it sounds like a big dragon falling out of te sky getting ready to kill you...he has nooooooooooo lag at alll ever.. and his is stock turbo.. I will take a pic of his engine...it's sharper than any other engine I've seen here or anywhere.
And Yes...those sig mods are mods I am getting in about 14 days. Only thing I have is the turbo timer, and somebody cut the wires, so hopefully I'll get that fixed so I don't have to sit in my car waiting to turn it off when i have other stuff to do. I didn't know that about the 1g's tho. That's tight
