where to put spare tire (99 grand cherokee)

im thinkin of installing the budget boost that adds 2 inches of lift so i could put bigger tires. i wanted to know where i could but the spare tire..will it fit in the spare tire compartment?

I'm not sure if this will help, but unless you plan on running a 5-tire rotation schedule, the stock spare is big enough to get you home. you're going to need a new tire...if ya busted it right.
There are also kits available to mount the spare on the roof. CAUTION..Don't ride off-road with the tire on the roof though. You're 'center of gravity' is way off and you'll tend to wanna tip over.
The roof kits are asolid way to keep access into the rear cargio area clear.

if you have quadra-trac or quadra-drive or an LSD all tires must be equal size and tire pressure. i THINK the biggest tire that will fit in the spare holder is a 265/75R16 or a 31x10.5
