Lift and Tire Question
I have a 1993 Jeep ZJ 5.2l V8, and I am putting 2" spacers budget lift on it. What size tires will fit. I have 16" rims. I see people who have 31 10.5 15. But I have been thinking about 265/75-16 or 265/70-16 or maybe 245/75-16. I don't want them to rub please help...

Re: Lift and Tire Question
I have that same lift on my 94 JGC and to biggest size that will fit are 31x10.5x15. At first my front tires rubbed just a little so i trimed the bumper just a little. That worked great. This lift combined with my Pacer rims and BF 31's makes my jeep look 100% better!!! If you need to know what size tire will fit with the 200 size tires search for a tire conversion calculator.

I have a 2" BB and am running 31x10.5x15 without any problems( minor trimming was required). They do rub a bit when it flexes and the wheels are cranked. But not bad and I never have any issues on-road. I pulled up specs for BFG Mud Terrains for an example of sizes. The 265/75/16 is 31.7x10.7 inches, the 265/70/16 wasn't listed, the 245/75/16 is 30.6x10.1 and interestingly enough the 31x10.5x15 is 30.9x10.9 So I would say you could go with the 245/75 but the 265/75 might require some trimming. The back spacing of your rims will also come into play. If it is too much you will rub on the lower control arms when the steering is at full lock. I think if it's around 4 or 4.5" you are OK.
