99 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro Turbo Issue

I just replaced my the Turbo on my 99 Audi 1.8t and compared to a Jetta 1.8t I do not feel the boost at all. Is their something that I need to reset or tweak.

check for leaks. is your a4 a quattro? dont forget the parasitic drain on the drivetrain from the awd system.
