It's time to bid farewell to my '00 Prelude

It's been 5 years of blast driving the Prelude, but I must move on as it is time to replace the still stylish, but clearly underpowered Prelude in and get myself an Infiniti G35 coupe. I've taken a very good care of it, but the wear and tear seems to be becoming more noticeable than I'd like, the chassis especially is making weird frictional sound that is unsettling. But overall Prelude has been a very nice ride, no accidents during the service, and it has surprisingly high appeal with the ladies, as I had the pleasure of accompany them on my ride and most all of them have loved it. As it was the last of the Prelude lineage, I feel previleged to have been a part of the last hurrah that is Prelude, the last stylish Honda ever produced.

As for Infiniti, it's my second go-around with the brand, first being the 1995 G20, which I liked, but it has let me down when the damn transmission totally got busted on me only after a couple of months of driving it off the dealer lot. It didn't leave a good impression of Nissan obviously, but I have since then came to accept it as an isolated incident and a bad luck of the draw. The dealer did replace the transmission under the warranty, so at least it didn't cost me a penny. I'm very impressed with the G35 coupe when it came out in 2003, but as I'm a cautious buyer, I waited out the first couple of years to let Nissan sort out any possible flaws it might have to be fixed. And finally, the time has come....oh joy.

Enoy the G35 coupe, my friend had one before he traded it in on a Cobra. I thought he should have kept the G35 and turbo/supercharged it, but oh well. It's a very nice car, best of luck!

G35's are hot, but if you arent opposed to a 2 seater car i would also take a look at its little sister the 350z...
