Dodge Grand Caravan 97 BCM Problems

Hi,

My old BCM on DODGE Grand Caravan has some issues, and i finally got another one from the same year 1997. I huckup the ''new one'' and the following problems appear:

1. Water sprinkle for windshield motor works constantly
2. On dashboard when I insert a key there is no P R N D L just blank with little bit orange
3. The lights inside the car work only from back door.
4. When i try to start the engine it work for 5-10 seconds and then he die.

Is this mean that they are incompatible BCM?? or maybe it need to be setup with the Chrysler/DODGE computer in service??

Can you plese give me any kind of INFO, tips etc. PLEASE!!
