I have had my Silverstar low beams for a little over a year and the highs for about 3 months. My brother bought the sealed beam headlamps because of the year of his truck and they only lasted maybe 6 months before they burnt out. I can not say for sure at all but i think the longevity problem is with the sealed beam lights maybe......

ive had mine since late last year, no problems with them at all. The Wizards i had before are now my back-up lights incase i need them. Had them since 01 and they're still going strong.
