Passanger Side Power Window

Hey Guys.

The power window sunddenly stopped. Can't be controlled from none of the buttons.

I wonder, besides replacing the motor, if there's any electrical fuse or something like that that I should check before.

All other windows works properly.

Blazer 2000 4WD V6 Vortec.

Thansk friends..

Should tell you in the owners manual about the fuse box. In my 91 there is a big circuit that can be replaced that powers the doors. I would look in the fuse box first to make sure nothing is blown in there.

Re: Passanger Side Power Window

voltage goes from the fuse to the switches on the drivers side door including the lock switch from there power goes back through the door and to all of the other switches. check ohms accross the motor there should be less than 1 ohm, check for a break in the power wire going through the door. opening and closing the door will break the wires

This has happened to me a couple times on the drivers side.
It just stops..and then a day or two later..it starts working fine again?
Checked the fuses and they have been good. Don't know what else to do.
