V-tec or Not??
i have a Honda civic '92 Si HB and some people tell me that i have a V-tec but I can't really believe them because I dont see "v-tec" writen anywhere.

you should have vtec, and yes, thats how you tell, thats the vtec solenoid

Also the spark plugs are on the front side of the valve cover, where the non-vtec engines have the plugs on the back end of it.

check your engine code it should say d16z6 and have a funny looking solenoid on the back of the valve cover. looks like a film container (minus the black). if so then you have vtec.
