can you swap the front of a 87 onto a 86?

well i am wondering if the front grille, lights, hood, fenders, bumper, etc. from a 87 mustang can be placed onto a 86 or earlier mustang mainly i am thinging of this is to get rid of those really ugly lights on the 86 and earlier mustangs.

can it be done?

Well u know what? I bent the hood 2 where its cheaper 2 buy a new hood or change it. those lights suck because they r schucks specials! i like 2 have a real headlight and not have 2 f with the adjustment for a year and a half! besides u change anything in my car and it loses major value. dont 4get its an 82!
