92 Civic Install Crank? JDM Fuel Pressure Regulator GOOD? BAD?

I got a 92 honda civic, and i bought a CRANK (underdrive pulley) off ebay. Stupid thing that i didnt do any reviews on it first. But now before i waste my time installing it. Should i ?


Another question i had was, i seen a JDM Fuel Pressure Regulator on ebay. Was wondering if those help increase performance at all? Or if its another lame purchase. I know if i want power just go with a turbo setup, but unfortunately not everyones got that money comfort hehe.
