Re: h22 or gsr ??
Yeah you do get understeer from it, but it's not really anything major to worry about. And there are different suspension parts you can get to help with it; rear sway bar, better springs and shocks (which are a must for the swap anyways), and other stuff like that. It's not nearly as bead as people make it out to be.

I would go with the gsr motor. The h22 is a hastle to put in. The difference in 1/4 mile times is about .1 to .2 seconds. Plus for the money and the reliability, the gsr motor has more potential. That's my opinion, but soemones got to have one. A guy I know with an h22 in a hatch ran a 13.96, and my friend with a b18c in a hatch ran a 14.03. There both great motors, but the whole cutting the car up kinda scares me.

Re: h22 or gsr ??
I think the gsr is my personal favorite engine to swap into a civic. the H22 is a wonderful motor but is huge and heavy. They were made for preludes who have a big engine bay and more room. I drive an EF civic and we have no room under the hood with an h22 so basically NA is the only way to go, but with a GSR u have alot more room. Plus B series motors have more aftermarket support. The H22 is a cheaper engine though.
