Clicking sound underneith hood when turning off car!! URGENT!!

Ok, for some reason, when I shut off my car, I get this clicking sound underneith my hood for about 10 seconds. Has anyone ever seen this problem and know what would fix it? I have another post in here about my TPS sensor where it gets stuck on high idle. I replaced my TPS sensor a few months ago because I read an article saying that this was a common problem for this issue. It said the TPS sensor was supposed to be 0.5 volts +/- 0.05 volts. When hooking the scanner up to it, it was reading 1.5 volts (way out of tolerance). So I replaced the TPS sensor and the problem I have in the other post about the TPS sensor getting stuck on high idle started about that time. Replacing it didn't fix the clicking sound plus I'm getting the high idle now. But does anyone know why I'm getting that clicking sound under the hood everytime after I shut off the engine?

I am selling this car right now and the buyer gave me a $200 deposit but said this had to be fixed before he bought it. I don't have a clue why it's happening. But I need to get this fixed ASAP so I can get it to the buyer!!

Thanks!!

Look at this link. I posted the procedures you need to do in my post there.
