86 cutlass ciera dash speaker? 3.5" upgrade to 4"??

ok the stock dash speakers are 3.5" diameter correct? i am thinking of upgrading to 4". can this be done easily (i have set up 6x9" in 5x7" holes in the back of my fathers car with a bit of massaging around the rear washer fluid container is (needed a half inch of room to clear rear of speaker) i am needing to pull the dash out anyway to replace a broken guage (gas guage) and am wanting to do this at the same time.

i will also be removing most of the interior (cleaning the interior and exterior because of it sitting for 2 years)

also what cars used the same steering wheel as the 86 cutlass ciera with grey interior? (mines cracked in 2 places)

also what is a good cleaner to use on the interior of this car? (dirt, grime, and maybe some other stuff) its ok if it is from GM and i would acually want to use GM products because i can get them at a lowered cost (i work at a GM dealership)

PS: is there a spot in the doors (all four) for speakers in the structual members? if so what size speaker fits in them?) and is there any exploded diagrams of the dash and doors with all the screw and clip locations (GM doesnt have them on there programs)

here's how you fix that many problems in a cutlass: jack it up and drive a new one under it... don't waste your time/money.
