Questions about Mirage

I'm not new to the import scene, but I am new to Mitsibushis. I've had Mazdas for quite some time now and am finally coming to my senses. They are way too unreliable. Anyway, I recently purchased a 2001 Mirage that was wrecked in the front end. After trying to crank it for hours one day, I discovered that the impact from the wreck had caused it to jump time. I replaced the timing belt and haven't quite got it timed right yet. I haven't tried to crank it, but does anyone know if this is an interference engine? Its not that big of a deal if it is, considering I bought another parts car with a good motor and transmission in it with about the same miles (30,000). I plan on modding this car, so if anyone thinks it would just be safer to swap the motors, just say so. I'm up for any advice anyone wants to give. Also, I've heard several rumors as to what fuel injectors to swap in. Which are the best to use? Thanks, Nick....P.S.-Sorry for the long post.
