Need some information on b16a swap
all questions pertaining to a 1990 honda civic 4-door + gen 1 b16a.
I have done a b16a in a 90 civic hatch si 1. for wiring, will a 88 crx si harness + hasport sub-harness work( for the 90 civic swap we used a crx si harness and subharness, but is there any difference in 88-89 and 90-91?) Anything else I should look for that will be different than the civic hatch swap, I know they are basiclally the same but I figured I would ask instead of learning the hard way. we are using the hasport mounts + linkage. Thanks for all your help |

Re: Need some information on b16a swap
I just finished my b16a swap last night! Keep you stock harness and get the hasport harness from dpfi to mpfi if you have money. Otherwise it is not hard to do!
B-series mounts any off ebay work the same(because people copy hasports! LOL) shiflinkage, shorten integra 90-93, 3inches on each rod. You also need a 90-93 integra Drivers side bracket, and a rear motor mount bracket! |
