Security System Going Nuts Inerfere with turnover?

Some past notes about what has been done to this jeep.
A few months ago every now and then the car would turnover and catch but then stop unless the gas pedal was held down. Sometimes it wouldnt stay on. Relays would start going off under the hood.....the security system would start going off at weird times....Everyone said ...fuel pump....etc..etc....finally the car just wouldnt even turn over and died. It ended up being the ECM. It took a few months for the ecm to finally go bad. Like something was draining it.

The problem just started up again. Every now and then I will start the car and it will turnover and catch then stop. especially when its cold outside or car hasnt been started in awhile. Unless i hold the gas pedal and when it warms up its fine. The jeep is a 93 ..... almost 200,000 on it. When i get in the car and unlock it the correct way the security system starts going haywire. So i go through the correct procedures of unlocking it and all. Anyway I disabled the security system by pulling 3 fuses related to the security system. The security system is really my last problem....i just want the car to start. Its not catching. My question to yall is.....because i pulled those fuses would that interefere with the car starting. I sprayed starting fluid into the intake and it started and ran on what i sprayed and then stopped. So is it finally now a gas problem or because i pulled those fuses is my fuel pump shut off?

IF YOU CAN GET IT STARTED BY SPRAYING STARTING FLUID INTO IT, YOU HAVE A FUEL PUMP PROBLEM. HAVE YOU CHANGED THE FUEL. IF YOU GET SOMEONE TO PUT A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE ON IT THAT WILL TELL YOU IF PRESSURE IS RIGHT. PRESSURE AVERAGES 39 -47 LBS. THIS IS COMMMON ON JEEPS DALE

ok my security system keep interfering with the start up.....it shuts off the fuel pump when in the morning and its cold and it takes my car a few tries....the fuel pump will get shut off and i have to reset the security......its running and back ready to go
