Should I wait a few more days before waxing decals?

I've never done this before, so I want to check with you lot first, -

I've added a lot of decals to a body, Imprezza WRC and they have now been applied for a few days. I was told not to use Microsol, and then some said you can use Microsol. Tested with a small test decal, worked fine so all decals have had microset and microsol applied. Look nice and flat (almost had a kitten when they wrinkled - but dried flat)

The car now has little water marks, can be removed it seems by gently rubbing with a soft cloth.

I've got some Tamiya wax, seems you can use it over decals after searching this is what I have found out, anyhow. But, is there any time allowance needed before using wax on decals? Two days or more? Just want to be sure. Don't want to ruin the car now, it's nearly completed.
