Re: tricolor repaint subaru impreza Jadatoys

he's right thought, should have kep the old rims and incorporated gold in the theme, instead of silver. those rims arent my first choice, but the overall grade is a 9/10, paint is a 10/10

is that paint from a spray can? that is crazy.

About the wheels. I used chrome wheels because I wanted to do something different. All the subaru's you see they have golden wheels.
And about the size: the chrome wheels are just as big as the golden ones.

What is crazy about paint from a spray can?

My paint process:
1) wetsand the body
2) primer by tamiya
3) 2 or 3 layers of paint also by tamiya
4) one layer of "pearl clear" or normal clear coat also tamiya
between layers I don't sand it.
Always watch the temperature, it must be about 20 degrees celcius.
Good shaking of the cans.
Spray with even strokes holding can about 1" (25 cm) from work.
I hope this will help you next time.
