Unhappy 1997 Century ABS

Have a problem. ABS is not working. and No light on dash.
Recently purhcased car, (dec). Notices here while back that ABS was not working. Also not brake light on dash when parking brake is on.
Front pads repaced, rear was not even worn at all. Indications that no rear brakes were being used.
Bleed relvealed not brake flued going to rear brakes.
OTC scanner shows no codes for brakes.

Removed Modulator motor pack, and by turning gears was able to start getting fluid to rear brakes.

Put the motor pack back on and left the wires unhooked to the Unit. and sensors on top of ABS module.

Any assistance you can provide would help.

Ken

I am having problems with my abs also. But Do you know what type of abs system you have? I have a 1995 Grand Am and have the Delphi chassis abs VI system and was told one of my motors inside wasn't working. It was the rear motor but from eveything I read was that because of the tension of the gears a scan tool was needed to relieve the tension before removing. But it sounds like you have removed it and apparently it seems that you didn't have much problem getting to the gears? Is that true or did you find it a real problem?

I have checked and verified all fuses and relays that I can find again and again.

The brake lights work, the cruise worksbut not the ABS.
and the code scan that was done by brake check showed no codes for the brakes.
