Radio Issue (Again)

Hey guys...I just posted a message the other day about problem-free my Alero has been, and now I just encountered an issue with my radio. Go figure...

Anyway, when I shut the car off the radio shuts off right away, even with the driver's door still closed (it is supposed to stay on until the driver's door is open, even with the key off/out of the ignition). For me to get it working again, I had to pull the fuse that on the driver-side fues panel labled "PCM ACC". Oviously that fuse had something to do with the PCM, but how did pulling that fuse have an effect on my radio? I have a feeling this is going to be a recurring problem. Any ideas?
