Temp Gauge

My temp. gauge doesn't move. Could it be the temp. sending sensor, and if so where is it?

My guess would be the wire got unplugged or cut somehow. Its on the rear cylinder head. You can see it from the driver side. Theres only one wire sticking out of it.
