silverado power windows and locks

I have a 93 silverado sport and the power windows and locks just seemed to stop working. When i push the button it does nothing. I tried replacing the fuses and it seemed to do nothing. could any one help

check the wires inside the boots that comes out of the doors, it's pretty common for the wires to break there.
