Here is my strange problem,a month ago my 1997 Malibu would not start one morning. Later on that day when the temperature got to 50 the car started but wouldn't start later that day when it got cooler (30's). The next day the same thing except when I got it started I put in some high octane fuel(93) and some fuel injector cleaner and it ran and started fine.I then put in another tankfulof high octane gas in at the next fillup and even though the temps were in the 20's the car started fine. Then Saturday I put in more fuel injector cleaner and 87 ocane gas and with temperatures in the 30's the car will not start.Could it be a spark plug and wire problem? They are the oroiginals or is it a fuel problem? Thanks for your help.

Re: Car won't start
You could be due for plugs and wires and you should slow down on the cleaners before you do have a fuel problem might want to peak at fuel filter

Re: Re: Car won't start
Got somebody to do a error code reading on it and it ended up being a ignition switch. What are we looking at for a new one.
