 he told you what to do, step 1:Go to www.imageshack.us step 2: click browse, Find your pic. step 3: when you found your pic, click open step 4:Click host it! (if on broadband skip to step 8, If on dial up continue on) step 5:wait step 6:wait step 7:wait step 8:wait step 9: it will give you a list of link, see the 4th link you get? step 10: paste the link you got from step 9 on the forum and b-i-n-g-o you have a posted pic step 11: repeat for multiple pics.
