On Sat
I have never had a GM vehicle with On Sat. Is this a subscription? What exactly does this do for you?

Yes, OnStar is a subscription. There's two different plans for it. You can check out thier website, or go to a GM dealer and ask for a demonstration. They usually let you get in a car with OnStar, hit the blue button, and you can see how it works and talk to the OnStar rep. and they will explain what it can do.
