Post Multiple problems, please help

First, and most recent, turn signal flasher is constantly making that flashing noise, for no reason. I put in a new flasher, did not help. Second the cigarette lighter fuse blew, i tried to replace it and the new fuse blew. Heater is only working out of the defrost, floor heating is no longer an option. I keep having to fill coolant, have no idea how I'm losing it. Any ideas on any of these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Please respond with model and year.

The flashing noise is probably the Multifunction Switch in the steering column, not cheap or easy to do yourself.

Not sure about the cig fuse.

Under the hood on the passenger side is a black ball approx. 5" in diameter. Check to see if the vacuum line (or lines) have fallen off, or if the ball is cracked or broken. If cracked or broken, buy a new one from the wrecking yard.

How much coolant do you have to add and how often? Have you tried flushing the system? Do you still have the original AC-Delco radiator cap?

Let us know how it turns out.
