Striped bolt! HELP?

I've got a bolt who's head is now stripping. It backed out very hard, one of those bolts that goes through a casting. Damn dissimilar metals, I'm guessing.
Are there any tricks? WD-40? Liquid Wrench? applying tape to the bolt head? It's about half-way removed and I dont have much removal room, and I dont think I can get enough torque, or have enough room for Vice Grips

Slow process turn it back in spray oil turn out spray oil turn in spray oil and so on if your using metric try a standard or vise versa tap socket on six point sockets are a must but head in bad shape you might have to switch to 12 point

What the heck are they thinking using dissimilar metals?

I'm going to try a solvent called PB BLASTER. They say it's amazing.
