Can Someone Help Me With My Stereo Problem???
hey,
ok... here's the problem i am facing, and im sure many of u have heard this problem many times. i want to hook up my ipod to the stereo system of my car. i have a 2002 nissan sentra se-r spec v, and it doesnt have a cassette player, so i cant use the ipod to car adapter through a cassetter player. i also do not want to use an fm transmitter because the sound quality won't be as good. i have some ideas, im just not sure if any will work. i heard that if u have an audio input jack on ur radio, then u can attach ur ipod to the car's stereo system. i know that my car doesnt have an audio input jack on the front of the radio, but it might have one on the back. i also heard that some cars have the audio input jack on the back of the radio, so this car might just have one. so, if there is an audio input jack behind the radio, how do i get to it? this is just pissing me off cuz i want to use my ipod in my car, but i cant find any way to do this. if u know how, please tell me something so i can do this. thanx |

Nope, you can't do that with your radio. You'll have to either get an aftermarket stereo with AUX inputs or do the FM mod thing. I have the Sirius Sportster in my car using a FM mod and it seems to work great.

Apple makes an seen adapter that goes though the cigg lighter, it charges it too. My friend has one and works very well, heres the link http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPL...1.1.1.1.1.0.15 If that link doesnt work, there are many similar products at apple.com most are around $50
